1st Public Hearing for the revision of the PMAE and the elaboration of PMGIRS

The Cachoeiro de Itapemirim City Hall and the Federal University of Espírito Santo will hold on January 30, 2020, the 1st public hearing to review the Municipal Water and Sewage Plan (PMAE) and elaboration of the Municipal Plan for Integrated Solid Waste Management (PMGIRS).

The event will happen at 7 pm in the ACISCI Auditorium, located at Rua Bernardo Horta, 338 - Bairro Guandu, in the municipality of Cachoeiro de Itapemirim - ES.

This hearing will aim to present and approve the Work Plan and Social Mobilization Plan, in addition to the regionalization proposal. The expected schedule of upcoming events will also be presented.

The PMAE and PMGIRS are instruments required by Federal Laws No. 11.445/2007 and No. 12.305/2010 that instituted, respectively, the National Basic Sanitation and Solid Waste Policies. Its implementations will make it possible to plan Basic Sanitation actions in the municipality of Cachoeiro de Itapemirim in the direction of universal service. The plans will cover water supply, sewage and solid waste management services.

The entire population is invited to participate and contribute in all stages of the elaboration of the PMAE/PMGIRS.
